Hotoprint Elektronik Gmbh & Co. KG and the Institute of Transport and Automation Technology (ITA) of the Leibniz University Hannover combined the competence in the field of PCB manufacturing and RFID to develop a novel printed circuit board meeting the highest standards in terms of serialization and traceability and anti-counterfeit techniques.

The project RFID PCB was funded through the innovation program (ZIM) of the German Ministry of Economics and Technology.

The application provides further advantages in technical production processes, warehousing, inventory, or to protect against counterfeit.
